UofL Health – Mary & Elizabeth Hospital offers a dedicated orthopedic unit with a unique complement of care, including shoulder, spine, hip, knee and foot and ankle specialists. Patients are encouraged to participate in education prior to their procedures to prepare for every stage of the surgical and recovery process. The shoulder program has recently been received accreditation for quality and patient safety.
